Our Little Artist

Christian has his preschool art show this past week. We decided we would take him out for dinner and a little time with just Mommy and Daddy. When we left the house we asked him where he wanted to go for dinner it didn't take him long to respond...PIZZA!! So CiCi's it was. When we were done we went to his art show. It was amazing to see some of the things he made this year. He is VERY artistic and we are sooo proud of all of his work. Here are some pictures from our evening.

PIZZA- Pepperoni Pizza of course =)

Bread Thief

I was making grilled cheese for lunch one day this past week. I guess Benjamin thought he was to hungry to wait because I turned around and this is what I saw.....

He had taken a piece of bread off of the counter

and he ate the whole thing....but he smiled for a picture as he took a big bite.

The Mason Plantation

We also visited our friends Kelly and Robin this weekend. The guys went camping and the ladies hung out with the kids. It was great to watch the little one's together. Aaron 3, Christian 2, Megan 1, and Benjamin 1.
Robin and Kelly have a house with a few acers of land. Aaron has a John Deer Gator. Here they are riding in it.

Christian's turn to drive Aaron is telling him how to do it*DISCLAIMER* Please excuse the pink/purple car that Benjamin is riding in it belongs to Megan. Christian pushing his brother through the field. Megan and Benjamin they were a mess after the spaghetti dinner. Benjamin is talking on the phone to Megan's MeMe and the bigger boys are playing in the background. They played and played!!

Don't worry we straped him in! love this picture look at our boys so sweet. It is also suprising to see how close in height the boys really are! We had a lot of fun at the Mason Plantation and look forward to going back to play again soon!

Wordy Wednesday

So I realize that I don't write about what the boys are doing that often anymore and I need to get back into the habit of it. Benjamin has become quite the talker this past week or so and has added a few new words to his vocabulary.

*Cracker
*Score (this he learned from Daddy while dunking the basketball in the hoop he always says score well Benjamin now does the same thing)
*More
*Vroom Vroom (when he drives a car or truck)
*Ball
*Nite nite
*Hey
*Bye Bye
*Ma Ma
*More
*Quack Quack (when he see's a duck)
*Go Go Go (he loves to dance and when you say go Benjamin go Benajmin go go go he repeats it
and starts to dance around the room).

Some are repeats that he has been saying for awhile and some are new words. I will add more as they come to mind.

*He is also starting to try and RUN! That is right run around the house I think this really kicks in when he takes a toy from his brother or his brother takes a toy from him he just goes as fast as he can hoping that Christian might not be able to catch him.

*He has been cutting 4 more teeth pretty soon he will have a mouth full. We will see what the dentist says when we go for his first visit in another month or so.

He is definetly becoming more independant and is getting into quite a bit of trouble on his own some days. We have started "spanking" him when he disobeys trying to make sure he understands he needs to listen the first time. He is such a smart little guy and we love him to pieces!!

What's the Buzz....

The Buzz Cut.....

I took Christian this morning and got him a buzz cut for the summer. It is not as short as some but it is really short for him. I think he had more hair when he was born then he does now.
Before the haircut (this was earlier this week)
After the haircut

This one is just an added bonus because he's cute. Now we won't have to worry about trying to "fix" his hair in the mornings which he doesn't like. He will also be a lot cooler this summer-we hope. Just an FYI~ because it is considered a buzz cut it cost $7- less than his usual haircut...go figure.
