A Glimpse of Spring!

This past week there was a day that the weather was awesome so we spent a little bit of time at the park. Here are a few pictures.

Benjamin crawling around the mulch...yes he is all boy I will just wash the clothes :0) (right Julie B. ?)

Sweet Benjamin just hanging out-

Emory & Christian heading up the step to the slide

Christian's turn he LOVED going down on his belly

Look at that face! Emory's turn! Go Emory!! My big boy he has really taken on a growth spurt lately and is getting sooo tall.

Thomas Rules the World....

in Christian's eyes. I can not even begin to describe how E-X-C-I-T-E-D Christian gets when he see's something that is Thomas or hears a train it is just amazing to me. His eyes get as big as saucers and his mouth opens and he just says its Thomas or its a Train. We (Mommy & Daddy) had decided that we were going to do sports theme in the boys room well long story short we could not find anything reasonably priced so I started looking at other options. Well last week I found a Thomas Bedding set for a Toddler Bed on clearance and we had a coupon so we got it for a REALLY REALLY good price. Here are some pictures of Christian when we went into his room and saw it on the bed for the first time!
You can't see his face but he was saying ITS THOMAS ITS THOMAS!
Jumping in his bed to check it all out (for those of you wondering he sleeps all over his bed so we keep a bed rail on so he doesn't fall into the floor). Pointing out all the trains on the sheetDo you think he is counting sheep....I doubt it I am sure it is TRAINS! :0)
Sleeping like a little angel my sweet boy he is getting SO BIG!!

What else can he say??

Christian is growing up more and more everyday. The past couple of days he has said or done a few things that I want to remember so this is just a quick post so I wont forget them.
This past weekend we went to a suprise party for his Great Aunt who turned 80. Christian helped me wrap the present which was a picture of the boys and when she went to open he said "Its a picture for you!" Of course he yelled it out BEFORE she opened the gift! I guess I wont be taking him shopping with me for Benjamin's birthday.
Yesterday we were in the Walmart parking lot and I was a little miffed about something I don't even remember what it was...and from the back seat I hear a little boy saying "Be Patient Mommy Be Patient." Wow a lesson for me as I seems to always be telling him to be patient wait a minute or keep trying!
Today as I was bringing a few things in from the car Benjamin was in his exersaucer and Christian was playing with him then I hear Christian saying "Benjamin you are a handsome little boy." :0) As I rounded the corner there he was with the squirt bottle and hairbrush fixing his little brothers hair.
What a little man he is becoming! I will write more as they come to mind or as he says them!

Marbles Museum~

Saturday we went to the Marbles Museum. It was a lot of fun and so interesting to watch Christian's little mind work. It had been around a year since we had gone and this experience was much different than the last. It was such a fun family day!! Here are some (well a lot) of pictures!

Playing connect 4
They had a HUGE train table I think Christian was in heaven and he could have played there all day long!
He is so interested in trains that it amazes me-he knows all of trains names and sings the songs and just loves to play trains and build tracks.
This is such a sweet picture it doesn't show the boys faces that well but it does show how much Benjamin loves his older brother he is just watching everything he is doing and if you could see his face you would be able to see how much he adores his big brother! Benjamin playing with the beads Mommy helping him out Christian talking on the phone- he was calling Grandma Connie- he really enjoys talking on the phone and when he is done he says alright I'll talk to you later.
Driving the truck to deliver the mail.
Scanning the mail to put it in the truck so he can deliver it.

He was so intent on what he was doing.
My little fireman!! I often wonder what my boys will be when they grow up? So sweet climbing up into the fire truck.
Riding in the car......
it wasn't long until all the girls came running I guess my boys are going to be heartbreakers....Christian pushing his grocery cart look at his little face his tongue is sticking out as he concentrates on what he is doing.
Getting some blueberries at least he picked up some healthy food.
He cracks me up with how serious he can be here he is weighing his red pepper and scanning his kleenex.
Benjamin seems to like his fruit and veggies as well!
Ok so this picture is so pitiful but it makes me smile. When you tell Benjamin no this is what you get his pouty lip and all so sad...he was mad b/c we took away the play food he thought he should eat.
P-I-T-I-F-U-L!
Mommy and her little pirate
This picture cracks me up b/c he has his nose smooshed right up to the glass! LOL!
He was driving he kept telling me I'm driving the flyboat (from Wonderpets).
Mommy & Christian Coming out of the ship. Playing with the weather on the Magical School Bus with Daddy.
They had a place where you could build a race car and then race it down the track. Here is Ed and Christian building their car. It was cute to watch them they didn't build a great car Christian wanted to go and race it as he gets older I am sure he will be more into the actual making of the car. So sweet to watch them working on the car together.
Christian carrying his car to the race track.
Driving it on the track.
Helping Daddy put it in place to race. This pic is a little blury but I love it he was chasing his car as it raced down the track.
Playing with Daddy Benjamin a cute pic! Ok so here is proof that he knows how to give kisses...mouth wide open and all! This pic got cut off but I love the look on his face....I was leaning him back and then pulling him up and he was loving every minute of it and incase they didn't just out at you look at his LONG eye lashes.
